28 ft race boat

anybody know something about a 28 concept boat
boat name is trafficlight. is there a class to run this
boat on the east coast and be competitive

they used to run in P-3. Pretty cool boat. Depending on the power, you can run P-3 or possibly P-4.

I believe they were 2003 APBA National Champs too.
