This is a 45 page paperback magazine that covers everything in the towns and is being passed out by real estate brokers throughout the area.

I grabbed a copy from my neighbor who has a home for sale in Point.

I thought this was just awesome to see you guys sitting there on the table with the broker's business card attached!
