hey we have all done that (well minus the shoe comments), heck one time we were in a bad start got got in the roostertail of the class in front of us stayed in the spray when it cleared they were heading way off course and WE FOLLOWED them

That happened at the last plymouth mass race back in 1994 first turn everyone went straight following the lead boat in to duxbury except for B F I aka[ team Insigator ]and one other boat they stayed on course. then the CG called it off and thats was the last race there. :( :( :(
