Proper Trimming Technique

Does anyone know of a good book or video on how to properly trim a boat and how to properly set trim tabs when making hard turns?

I don't race, but just trying to improve my knowledge during the long winter.

Thanks!

Wish I could help. My training has mostly been trial and error. My trim tabs are much too slow in response to do me any good. I rely mostly on the drive trim for adjustments. Even that is too slow at times. What have you tried so far?

There is a book called "Fast Powerboat Seamanship" by Dag Pike. published in 2004. Pretty good book. At Amazon.com for $30.00 new or used from $7 to $15 bucks.
