Offshore Racing Sponsors
 

I was wondering if we could name all of the Sponsors in our sport at this time, and I am defining "Sponsor" as a true Motorsports Marketing effort where a company is paying real money to an Offshore Powerboat Racing Team in exchange for being able to use that association to promote or sell products or services.

If the Principals of the Company Own the Team, or race the Boat that would not count as "arms length".

Any names come to mind?

Challenger Powerboats.

Challenger calls us their "official race team". They've used our race boat photo in boat show advertisers, on banners and on their web site. They use quotes from our team press releases for their stock market press releases. I've also been told they're developing a new promotional video that will include some racing shots.

BTW...it's not only what we do on the race course for them that they like, but what we do off the race course.
