Team DVC Back With A Vengence
 

Special thanks to all who helped us get back together after Micoussoukee ran over us in Hollywood. Thanks to everyone who called to offer parts and help. We especially want to thank Throttle Up , Livorsi and Diamond Marine. Incidents like this really make it clear who is "Stand Up" and who is not. As usual when Lee has to fix it, he fixes it faster. SQ

Congrats on the win big guy! Glad to see you back, wish I could have been there but we are getting the old girl repainted and tuned up.

Steve, it's always OUR pleasure working with the Deep V Cats team. You guys are a class act. Nobody will work like Lee does to get ready for a race!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is always prepared and ready to race.

Yep, that's my boy. Actually he's my Dad. SQ

But, make no mistake..... we miss you both when your busy schedules do not allow you to attend trhe races and party with us! Hope to see both very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like you are kicking the season off right. I'll try to show Lee which Miccosukee to leave alone. Because of his age he can't really hear me and when he does he forgets anyway.

Very nice pic, thanks guys. Looks like a rocket ship. Just a quick mention to anyone who might be interested but not aware of the DVC history.
Lee Austin built it and the last six years have been a massive R&D project. Every year it gets faster and quicker around the course. If not for the aging crew and our laughable sponsor-less budget, the boat would have been World and National Champion several times. There is much hot air here about "Real Racers" and the great ones from our past. Lee Austin is all of the above, what you see on the course comes from his head and hands. When Lee and his kind are no longer racing with us it will be a huge loss to the sport.
Not that he's going anywhere soon. Iornman "Lee" Austin might outlast us all. SQ

He is truly a talented man. Shhhh don't let him know we want to keep him humble!!!
