Default LOTO Shootout classes and rules?

Where can I get or view a copy of the rules and regulations for the Shootout? What class do I run in and what is needed to run such as safety equipment.

100 mph impact rated life jacket, a helmet, and
functioning kill switches is all they've ever checked

Thank you. Steve Quick you are funny
Was testing on Grass Lake for a measured mile run. Won't be Top Gun but should be fast. With the boost turned up and small props I thought I was in a drag boat at Blarney Island.

Unfortunatley we (Miss GEICO/AMF) wont be at the event this year. (We are racing with OPA in Patchougue, NY) Good luck and godspeed to all OSO'ers competing in the LOTO drag run. Check , double check then check one more time.
