I was once told a sport is something you can get injured donng ie world poker tour is not a sport.

Bruce how many 300 plus pro football players linemen can run a mile? Not to many. Look at Shawn Rodgers of the Detroit laydowns. He can't even play all the down and he is called a "Pro Athlete"

But to be competitive in todays classes, requires alot of skill and an even bigger set of balls. If you dont run on the edge, in any class from 6 to SC, you'll be finishing last.

thats all i gots to say bout dat.
SOME OF US ARE IN SHAPE BRUCE. REMEMBER ST. PETE?

me and one of my roomates have this argument all the friggin time about offshore racing not being a sport!

it takes balls to block against a 350 pound line backer that wants to eat you, it takes bigger ones to run 75 mph in 5 footers.

i get more ass with my boat, then my roomate gets with his airforce 1s. lets face it, thats all that matters.

All I have to say is if fishing is considered a sport, then Offshore Racing is also. Hell, we're the Nascar of the water, tell me how it's different other than less spectators?

What a d-bag.
