Outoard Worlds @ Lake Alfred

This past weekend lake alfred hosted the out board worlds,
teams from around the world competed. Here are some pics from the 3 heats I saw, on my way back from Jacksonville.

Looks like a lot of fun Pete. But some how I don't see myself in one.:drink: Guess I'll see you in Biloxi.

Great photos Pete, reminds me of my first races in the mid 1970's.

Had a "A" Stock Flatbottom when I was a kid.

Never got in a knee rider - thought it would be cool as hell though...

t depends on the class, the 175 cc, and 250 cc class are around 80 and up. there area few bigger classes. Dont know the whole break down.. Im sure the APBA website could give you more specs.

Thought I would share the pics for those that would like to get thier son or daughter racing at a local and somewhat affordable level.

Pete thanks for posting the pixs, we had a blast with hosting that race. I think the hardest thing was the language barrier with the international teams that spoke zero English....But all in all, a fantastic event.
