So what does SBI charge for an entry fee?

Xtremeracing 03-23-2011 10:22 AM

$675 for P Class.

We did Sunny Isles last year. OPA charged us a bunch of money and gave Lee a heart attack. We are boat racers so we are thinking about doing it again. Seems like a good idea. Did I mention the OPA hospitality was over the top? We might need to borrow a truck to get to NYC. Send donations to Lee Austin at AARP.

OK,So thats 675$ for the one race? OK so there must be a pretty good size purse.Thats cool! Is it a set purse or is it determined by the amount of entries? hopefully by the number of entries. With SBI combining there class 4&5 and OPA's class five, that should make for a kick azz show.well worth the 675$.I could see as many as 15 boats in this class.YEE HAW!! Bring it baby!!!!!!!!!

You have no idea how much fun WE have when OPA/THE JERSEY BOYZ and SBI get together! For some of us, this is where and how we got started. Ya don't wanna miss this one...Bubba's even giving me a button down Red SBI shirt for the event per The Contract.

Can anyone answer these questions and post the answers on here? I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering.

It is a set purse set forth in the drivers packet of each race, top three(3) get paid out, if two boats race then first receives 2nd place prize and so on

Its going to be a blast racing the non-sealed SVL's or those deciding not to race in the SBI SVL class and that old A boat with the 750 supercat motor, I'm definitly looking forward to it!!! The beak might have to break a sweat:eek:
