A boat I didn't recognize

Driving home from Kalamazoo yesterday, southwest bound on I-94, passed what appeared to be a white Skater, about 36 or 38, I think, with "Bio Thunder" emblazoned across the side. He was, I'm assuming, headed to Douglas. Anyone know who this was?
