I am quite surprised to see that the parade will be held on Thursday evening..Thought it will be on Saturday evening?

Historically the parade was always on Thursday night for many years. Only recently was it on Friday.....never Saturday.

We had many great fun times at the Sarasota Race. Too bad time and kicking the $hit outta myself caught up with me. Be safe and have fun Ladies and Gents.

Actually, when SBI race is at Michigan City, it will be on Saturday evening (parade) so what;s the difference?

Michigan City is not Sarasota, that's the difference. Sarasota's Suncoast Offshore Grand Prix has been a tradition for 30 years this year. The parade on Thursday night is one of the biggest events to happen in this town all year long, rain or shine!
