Default Years of speculation come to an end!

Mother was watching as the Outerlimits team of Brian Forehand and his VIP, (very important passenger) Doctor Jansen ran what seemed like another run-away race in Super-V Lite. Typically the Doctor and his pilot go thru the motions of post race inspections with a wave-thru. This year saw noticeable changes as there were actual in-depth post race inspections. The inspections of the good Doctors boat found illegal internal parts, confirming years of speculation.
In years past, illegal parts found in the Doctors engine would result in minimal time penalties. This year however, seems to be different as Forehand and his passenger were Disqualified from the first race. The disqualification brings years of speculation as to the legitimacy of the team to an end as questions followed the driver and passenger, from their un-believable Fountain to the beautiful new Outerlimits.
In the end, their magic speed was confirmed to be nothing more than a beyond-the-rules illusion.
Mother was chuckling at the thought of the Doctors embarrassment, and forehands shameful attempt to replace skill with brute horsepower.
Mother is still watching...

There is pushing the limits and outright breaking the rules.

Both teams were DQ'ed due to "illegal equipment." I asked on Facebook for reasons and Hammer down Boating replied: "One had a hot motor and taller gearing." I'm not sure if that was in reference to one boat or both boats(meaning they were each guilty of one of the 2 illegal activities).
