Key West Offshore Races
 

Have never been and this might be the year, considering driving my motorhome down so few questions, is it a good idea lol, is there anywhere to park for the week? how is it foe getting around key west?

Check with the RV parks down here before coming. Many are still closed or rebuilding after Hurricane Irma last year. You do not want to bring the RV into Key West. No parking and the streets are not that RV friendly.

There are RV parks, all open. Not on Key West proper, but close. Boyd's campground, Geiger Key, and Bluewater.

You won't be driving an RV around Key West that weekend, nor any other due to its tight streets, tons of scooters, pedestrians and motorcycles. Leave the car at home too, your best bet is a scooter. Also be prepared for everything being expen$ive. It's a high priced place to begin with due to being a tourist trap and when there's a special even in town the prices skyrocket from there. Have fun!
