My driver quit too....
 

Hi everyone... unfortunately the person I had worked out a deal with can no longer race with me. Soooo...I'm on the prowl for either a driver or a throttleman to race the OPA northeast division and possibly Key West. The boat is a 24ft Carrera V-bottom P-5 boat. I need a committment to all races, practice/dial-in time before and during the season. Seat price is negotiable based on experience and any sponsorship money that follows driver. I would be interested. Don't let the age fool you. Even though I don't have any racing experience, I have always been very athletic, determined, and more importantly attentive. Commitment wouldn't be an issue. Weeks and weekends are all open. If you haven't found anyone yet, I would be happy to fly out and let you see for yourself what a younger, capable, and responsive/coordinated person can do!
Powerboating is a HUGE passion with me that almost borderlines obsessive. Just don't be shuned away yet and maybe we could work something out after a trial run. Somday or another I will be racing :)
I was even possibly considering using my own boat in P-4.
