Many of the Jersey Boyz have shown an interest in Racing the worlds in Key west, Their only concern was traveling all the way down there, spending a week, and only racing one 8 to 10 lap race, in the P classes. If there is enough interest in a two race forum, Steve Mikelos, said he would see what could be done, so speak up now, before it gets too close to make a change.

Bert and The Godfather are there.............Wherever Smitty and Sticks go, we go!!!!!!!!!

SBI is going back to three races this year. As a racer I think that's a bit too much, as spectator, it was great.

We live in Raleigh, If you plan it, maybe we can all drive down together. We met up with a few on the highway on the way to Daytona and kept eyes on each other. It was lucky for us, because we almost lost the cover on our boat... The wind nearly pulled it off.

We could have an offshore caravan.

Its better if you have a radio... we used our marine one and talked to each other all the way. Even played chicken with a loser in a lil nissan. :) He kept flicking us off so we blocked him from speeding....


By the time we got started we were all going over 95mph... lil too fast for me. I was afraid of getting a ticket.


On your way down... try to buy gas in S. Carolina about 15 miles in... The gas prices are REALLY Low. We saved 20 cents per gallon.

I cant wait till the races... Im rev-ed up!
