Randy "Mad Dog" Schleuss and Bertel "Peconic" Schmitt join Chris "Bateau" Reindl in an all-out Teutonic assault on the sanity of bat boating.

Mad Dog and Peconic will race "White Typhoon" in One Design class on Saturday, Oct. 4 in Fort Lauderdale.

Randy will then exit the bat and kick everybody's derriere in F1.

Back to back.

Bat Boating will never be the same.

Looks like the race is a go. Gino and Mark, it will be after the F1 race, so there is no risk of something happening before the F1 Race.

Mad Dog and this here reporter will race bat #2, the purple one. The boat comes with a good pedigree. It placed in 3 out of 4 races and made #1 in Savannah.

But Randy, gee: Purple? Isn't that a color for fairies? Will we need pixie dust?

SOunds liekwe might need to perform a little voodoo prop magic along with that pixie dust.......just for good luck of course!
