A very favorable impression. Thank you "Men in Charge". Let's all look forward to 04' as bigger, better, and FEWER PROBLEMS. I'm sure going to try to do my share at the "local level".

Even though the racers would have been saving thousands of $$$, It sounds like a number of factory teams started complaining that the Offshore-LLC was only trying to make money off of the racers, so the whole thing got shot down
