Congrats to those elected. Great to see Steve received the most votes, does that make him President?

The Bod will elect a president. The President can be any APBA member in good standing, they don't have to be Bod member. If a member of the BOD is elected Pres. they must give up their seat on the BOD.

Thank you for your kind words. Now the work of restoring trust and confidence in the organization takes front burner. The new President is R. Steven Hearn, he was elected this evening by the Board in a teleconference. Steve served as APBA legal counsel for almost 20 years, including during my term as President. I found him a straight shooter with a deep, passionate love of our sport.
Communications have already begun with the various constituencies in hopes of bringing about some semblance of unity. I am but one player on the leadership team, and it looks to me like a good group of folks to be a part of.
