Look at posts 2 and 3. 2 was taken at the beginning of the day. Notice where the water breaks on the hull. About 3 feet ahead of the transom. Now look at post 3. The water is breaking just ahead of the transom. The entire boat is lifted up and going faster!!!!!!!!!!!
The best part was the sound the boat made during the final runs when it was really getting there. Just the sound of the water slapping the hull. Todd best described the sound as "that sound is the nectar of the gods". I am excited to see Scotty run later this month at Lake Alfred.

I saw those pictures the first time around, and the difference is very impressive. The boat has a whole different attitude. You have the magic hammer. I am hoping you will see me or at least my boat long before the Miami race.

I think you have an OMC don't you? We bored the hub in Scotty's prop so it will fit on an OMC as well as a Merc. I'm sure he would let you try it out.

As far as the wives not letting us quit working for a while. I know what you mean. Every now and then I have to remind Julie who the boss is around here.:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

I have a Mercury. But I don't want Scotty's prop. I need the one that's three MPH faster than that one.

The big controversy in the class is that the OMC's are maxed at 400 rpm higher than the Mercury's. So it's great that you found the performance for him. We Mercury guys need it. I'll call you about a get together. SQ
