APBA race rules, where?
 

Reserching our entry into offshore racing ... deciding what boat to buy ... trying to find the rules we have to abide by ...

There used to be rules at http://www.apbaoffshore.com ... but they seem to be gone ... There is another websight at http://apba-racing.com ... no rules there either but different classes ... I'm confused ... can anyone help?
