NBC Broadcasting Miami Race
 

NBC will be broadcasting the SBI Miami Race on Net Work television Aug. 7th at 2:00PM EST.It will be aired on NBC Sports,wax your boats guys and make sure your sponsor names are on. This is a first so take advantage of it. Hopefully the start of things to come.

That's huge!!!! Nice work SBI, Offshore racing hasn't been on network TV for MANY MANY years.

NBC will not be airing the entire race. NBC is doing a series on Extreme Sports and will be in Miami shooting an episode on the Bacardi Team.

While it is true that we arranged for this show to happen and the Bacardi Silver team will be featured, all participants should benefit since NBC will include actual race footage as part of this program. My goals with this program are the same as they were when we did the Today Show broadcast - (1) obtain national exposure for my sponsor; (2) obtain national exposure for our sport. So please, wax up those boats and press those uniforms (ttt) in order that we can make a positive impression on the viewing public. You never know who will be watching your team!

DWES - I'm not sure. I have heard of four Unlimiteds. However, I hear from JC that there should be a great turnout overall.
