If it was my post that ruffled your feathers I completely appolagize. I just really like the steps that are being taken recently to help better different classes in the sport. My appolagies again if it was my posting that got you upset.

Hey Guys...Just walked in the door after a grulling 19 hour drive. So, I'll make this short.

I Just want to thank you all for the congrats. And to Ed Smyth who did an Awesome job on the wheel his first day in my boat. We ran as hard as we could and were very happy just to finish. But, to get back to the pits and find out that we won, well, that just made my day.

I too, am sorry about the DQs and I would much rather win out in front. But, what the hell. I lost flags do to the rules and now one has come back due to the rules.

The rules work. I was bumped up to P-4 and wasnt happy bout it. We went out and did our best. In the end , it all paid off.

Orange Beach was everything people said and better. I cant wait to get back there in August and spend some time there to enjoy this great venue.

Just got in from OB and on the way back got a call that the French Boys in VL were disqualified for being under weight and not letting the inspectors look over the boat. (Don't quote me on this) But CONGTATULATIONS to SBI for upholding the rules. Looks like a new Sheriff is in town at SBI. Anyone who wants an even playing field and the best venues, welcome. Roger
