Any updates races in Port Huron, Marathon, OPA ??????? Boat numbers , new hardware???? Besides Stickerboy and his new AMT, Go Ryan and Mark, Good Luck and Be safe!!!

Port Huron boat count at 34 and Marathon has 31 per phone calls.

Boat counts in the 30's for national races?.....Mulltiple classes with only a few boats per class.The fragmentation of the sport continues to be the biggest reason for the lack of progress.Somebody please do something!

They ran performance class today. One race with two starts. Winners I remember are CRC, Obession and Dirty Old Men.

If all the associations could get together imagine a Michigan triple crown Algonac, St Clair and Port Huron. All three sites have great site lines.

Boat count 34 at Port Huron? Based on the APBA listing on results, it looks like 14 boats raced today...let's see what equipment races on Sunday. This is pretty sad...

If you really count the boats you will find apba has 19, but the way they count (twice) you get whatever?

Let Seadog speak his mind. It is a forum. I don't particularly care for his comments but to each their own. When we get to one sanctioning body, only then will the hobby become a sport. Until then, it is what it is.

Thanks to the Sarasota Offshore Showdown race group, who by withholding any objections which could have stopped this, the APBA will join SBI to race together at the 20 Annual Suncoast Offshore Grand Prix in Sarasota over the July 4th weekend.
Possibly one small step towards unification? If one race group here can let their sanctioning body join another race group's race, well at least that a positive sign.

The APBA returns Aug. 27-29th for the Sarasota Offshore Showdown.

It is a just great living in an area that has two national races. And the OSS is in St. Pete the end of this month.

APBA and SBI working together on the Fourth Of July puts a whole new meaning on Independence Day. Now, it would be nice to see some OSS gentlemen show up.
