OPA Brick Race "The Pits" & "The Race" Pics

Here is a tour of "The Pits" from Saturday...
It looked to be approximately 20 boats and expecting more on the way... The main attractions were the "Hot Wheels" kids on BMX freestyle bikes, "The Jersey Boyz", and a couple of scantily clad girls for a Bikini Contest. The Pits just didn't seem the same without the "Dog Pound" & Typhoon Racing there..... :( |

And John finally revealed the 32' Hydra in daylight. I unfortunately didn't have my camera at the time.
He says he is about a week away from splashing this boat after spending 2 years of rigging the boat. When you see it in person, you'll know why it took so long..... He handcrafted most of the parts himself. Thanks for finally bringing the boat out John..... :cool: |
