Nutz support the Boyz in AC

The three Nutz boats will support their hometown club at the July 17/18 race in Atlantic City. Shoes with steel caps will be worn, for kicking of the proper body parts.

Uh Augie,,, better get ready for a war in A/C. These are P4 boats for sure.

Re: Nutz support the Boyz in AC

If these guys run canopied svl boats capable of speeds near 90 in P4,
They should change the name to No Nutz. :chick: I'm sure the'll run P3 like they did in MI.
PS It'll be good to see you guys again

Re: Nutz support the Boyz in AC

A single engine boat capable of 90 +/- in a kilo set up will never hang with twin engine boats capable of well over 90. If I recall they did not fair so well in the last race, except racing each other. Besides these are jersey rules!? Nutz let us know what you are going to run Larry and I might cross the state line and air it out with you, I will find my passport and make sure my shots are up to date. Wild Ride #5

Scotty, we're leaving in 15 minutes. The boats are on their way with 5 gallons of Hudson County Water for you. Straight from the lines between Jersey City, Hoboken and Union City, you should be able to make some pretty WILD pizza from it! Enjoy. We'll see you at the pits tomorrow. Augie

Ron, It may be a war but it's gonna be one hell of a fun war!

ScottB 07-01-2004 02:22 PM

Re: Nutz support the Boyz in AC

Vinny, In P4 the boats should not be able to exceed 80.

Re: Nutz support the Boyz in AC

Then we will set them up that way, and I guess you have not seen a OPA race, they exceed the speed, no gps and I think they use an average, plus you will be racing in the rough waters of AC 80 will take some effort.

Re: Nutz support the Boyz in AC

Vinny, you haven't been paying attention. The new and improved OPA is using GPS.
And unlike APBA, when you Breakout, not only do you get dq'ed, you get wacked

I am really getting inspired to go to AC and I applaud the use of gps's in jeryz. So I guess there is no more to debate. I could always use a good wacking?!

Re: Nutz support the Boyz in AC

Vinny, The way you guys run the boat, you can afford to be a few mph's shy of 90
See you in AC

Re: Nutz support the Boyz in AC

At last, the Nutz will meet Kermit the Frog.

What's that thing on top? A periscope?

Vinny: I guess we"ll all run P4. These things don't go faster than F1 boats, and they always went P4 (and lost against Don Salami and the Flying Culture Club.)

Matter of fact, Randy once lapped some SVLs with his Kryptonite ....

In the very new, and very improved OPA, you get whacked even when you mention that blasted GPS and other crapola. Wait until Godfather is home. Might as well pick an appropriate woodshed beforehand.

All three Nutz boats will have a little testing session, this Saturday afternoon, at the usual place (mouth of the Raritan River.) Come and visit.

OPA only cares about the top speed during the race, not how fast the boat can run in ideal conditions. Vinny, prop it down, add a few pounds and stay under 79.9. I can just see the four canopies single engines chasing after Augie with Kevin throwing salamis to slow you down. This could get ugly.

And,,,,the loser washes the winners boat. Right Randy!
