N.C. $10,000 match race

Don't forget guys,Reggie is putting up $10,000 for the SV Limited class race on sunday winner take all,and that is in additional to the regular purse. Looks like Fountain Mercury.Com is the boat to beat, those boys have been on a tear. With SBI,and APBA at this ran we will truly have the fastest SV limits all at one place at one time.I would almost pay to watch this one... :blaster:
Thanks Reggies!

What boats that weren't in Sarasota do you think will be there?

That will make first prize a total of $13,400 for that class ...

Fair enough ... I believe there were 15 Super Vee's in Sarasota ... to get 16-20 they'd need to get some of the teams that have only raced OSS so far this year to show up there, and I was just curious if there was any word that was happening.

There are a few boats that are racing both this year so I don't think you can count them as SBI,APBA or OSS. SBI has had the largest and most consistant boat count in SV Limited.
1) National Marine (SBI)
2) Lucas Oil (SBI)
3) Mid America (SBI)
4) Fury (APBA)
5) Muscle (SBI)
6) Black Pearl (APBA)
7) Fountain Mercury .Com (SBI) 8) Miccosukke (SBI)
9) Rodriguez Group (SBI)
10) Reichman (APBA) 11) Pier 57 David woods ( SBI)
12 Adrenaine (APBA)
13 Pier 57 Lisa Matttews (APBA)

Just to name a few...

all those boats have been to all sbi events ???
I believe OSS has had the most consistant fleet of Super vee's Super cats and SCL,as well as svl.

Only 4 boats at the OSS race in SV this weekend, looks like everyone is twisting wrenches, and testing for the Kilo, and the big money race in N.C. The SV race should be a site to see it will be a fast and exciting race. I'm sure we will see some high numbers, long straights and flat water.

Mark,
We'll have to see what shacks out in N.C. I think we'll have a big turn out in the SV class this weekend. From the reports I'm getting and teams I've spoke to we should have almost 80 boats this weekend. Looks like we are on the right track, and I think from what I can see alot more boats will be coming over. The TV shows should be great with the high boat count, and it sure won't hurt getting sponors and keeping the ones we have. The NBC special should also be one heel of a show, looks like it is all coming together and I think alot of the teams are seeing that. If you don't get on the train it looks like you'll be at the station alone.
