Is there a O.P.A race in NY August 28th,29th? Yes or no? It should be posted.

There is a SBI race in NY Sept 11, 12th. Some OPA members may be racing, but OPA is not involved.

Security will be a big factor in NY this year and SBI is limited to how many boats they can have. They are only permitted to run one race, and any more than 30 or 40 boats could prove to be dangerous.
