Some lamebrain with the Brick Communicator Newspaper put in an article that came out today. "The race in New York Harbor will probably be cancelled because of security." This is totally false. I have recieved a number of calls reguarding this article. Disreguard this man for he knows not what he says. gettum ready Boyz and Girls NY will rock. Smitty

Frances? hmmm lets see I have the Scorpions song qued and some Pat O'brien' Hurricane mix am I missing anything? Time to get the cobwebs off the boat and practice for those Jersey races. Seriously prayers and thoughts go out to everyone involved or that will be affected by this storm. Hopefully melbourne wont float away.

The Godfather has security taken care of. None of the Racers/crews will have any problems on or off the water and screw the person that wrote the article...they weren't talking to the right people!

The word from Ft. Lauderdale on the "Pretender Firewater Boat " is that their block is to arrive tonight for the engine they grenaded in Orange Beach. If they even make New York at all, it will be late.

We had a fantastic time and thanks for the guide services. I gotta tell you, I had this nightmare that I was running all over Hoboken drinking everything in sight yelling "Die Liver, Die". Then I looked in my empty wallet and realized it was true!

We did have a great time meeting you, and we look forward to seeing you guys at an OPA race, or maybe the Worlds in K.W.
