With the rule changes I figured Wazzup would not be running P3. Is it average lap speed or GPS??

This is a little ****ed up now.

Everyone with OPA was going to move up a class for Key West. With these new rule changes are we now not moving up. I'm not racing in P-3 if I'm facing the likes of 38 Bad Boyz+ Wazzup. Augie, are we all moving up or are we staying the same? Smitty?
