well, 30" by 20" side of my intercooler at 30psi equals 18,000 lbs of weight pushing on the side of the intercooler. Looks like the aluminum held it was the welds that gave, I am taking them to a different place to have them welded up tonight and have some more braces put on them, hopefully I he will be able to fix it tonight and tomorrow and I will be down this weekend.

Aluminum will not hold up to vibration and nothing flat is desinged to hold pressure!!! At 30 psi you need to make the tanks round/oblong.
