He didn't qualify with 2 races last year either but Carbonelle let him run the Worlds anyway.

I guess I'm out of the loop. I know he (Bob) isn't the most popular guy out there but that aside what gives? Is BTM going to race at Key West under some special allowance? If so I don't agree with that.
