I don't think that applies to Grand. Grand is a "private" lake. Grand is governed by the Grand River Dam Authority, not by the state of Oklahoma. I hope :D

rare breed decided that if he was not going to out run OU that he would make his stereo sound better then OU. here is some pics of us running a red and black 4 ga wire to the front.
