Your boat looks good in the water. We had a blast running from one end of the lake to the other end. It was my Skater and Randel Bohes 38 Top Gun. We ran the Top Gun on Sunday and saw 96 on Gps.

Thanks Apache! I didn't see you, but I was mostly looking at the landmarks trying to figure out where I was going. It was our fist tme there and all. We'll definitely be back though. I think we may be out there again in about 2 weeks. I have a friend coming down from KC that wants to check out Grand. Hopefully some people will still be out!

try the ramp at Willow Park Marina next time. They have a light right over the ramp. There is a dock right next to the ramp. The ramp isnt used much. Just pay $5.
Pletty room for parking. Very nice people there.

Later,
Finman

Thanks Fin, I may give that a shot next time. With no dock, I had to almost beach the boat have my wife get out and hold the boat there with the rope until I could back the trailer down. Then I had to get back in the boat to get it on the trailer. It is just more work with no dock. My wife tried to back the trailer down, but that was a no go. We need to practice with her some!

Jayhawk, make sure you stay away from the west side of the ramp , extremely shallow, after you round the point int Ketchum cove you should be okay, just watch your depth meter unti you round that point.
