I have made some in the past that turned out decent, but like you say time is an issue. Ideal Specialties does stuff for us every day and does a nice job.

BA powdercoat is good; I have used them with good results, but they just had a fire last week so I don't know if they are still able to work. I deal can do the panels and have them coated so its a one-stop shop and usually pretty good on the time issue.
Warparty has the equipment, but time is not always as quick as they prefer to do the real $$$ making jobs first... can't understand that....

just out of curiosity, what should i expect in pricing? 5 panels. all 5" tall. One is almost 6' long, the others are about 2' long. Not exact but close. Just so I can get an idea. Also curious as to if any of these guys can do laser etching for my switch panel.

The reason we are giving you these names is because they CAN do the etching colorfill etc... at least mine can. Price changes constantly due to materials. If you see me this weekend ask me it depends on size but also on how much etching and colorfill.
