Who lives in Grove?

Vinita pretty much won the bid on our new blending plant. They are expanding their industrial park so they gave us a deal to good to pass up...so we are relocating that direction.. Thank GOD! Im worn out on Disney.. So Ive been kinda lookin around in the Grove area for a place and was wonderin who lived over there and what you thought about it. I graduated from there but havent really been back much since other than to visit friends. I spent most of the 4th up there and noticed a lot has changed..

What do you Groveites think of it? Im also curious to see if anyone lives in Vinita and what their opinion of it is also.. I live in Tulsa now and been commuting to the lake for over 4 years, Id kinda like to settle in somewhere closer to work.. With the saved gas money, i could upgrade boats BIG time..

I cant do neighborhood restrictions.. ive NEVER been on a HOA's good side.. too many toys, too many parties, not enough room i guess..

Buffalo Shores is a nice neighborhood over there - you could also look at a place in Woodard Hollow - that'd cut your time down because it's closer to your office than Grove...

WINTERS SUCK!:( :D

Give me a call - I've been in Grove since '99. My off water home is for sale now and will be starting a waterfront spec. in a gated community later this year or I can point you in the direction of the money your wanting to spend.

I grew up in Vinita and it's not too bad. Your best bet would be to find some land in the country and build. If you have any questions feel free to call me. 918-640-4150 Jerrod
