Well Here it is....2008 Texas Heat Wave Poker Run

May 17th will be the Texas Heat Wave Run on Lake Travis.

Come join us as we help raise money for the Texas Make A Wish Foundation

Friday Night will be a Pre-Registration Party allowing everyone to gather seeing New and Old Friends!!!!

The registration fees: Each entry Includes Two Poker hands, Two T-shirts, Two wrist bands for the Dinner/Prize drawings along with a Poker Run DVD of the event and Helicopter footage!!!

Registration on or before May 1st 2008 - $200.00

ANY REGISTRATION AFTER May 1st- $225.00.

Additional Poker Hands are $20.00, with a limit of Six additional hands per person of which 1/2 will go toward the Cash Payout and 1/2 toward Make A Wish.

Additional Passengers are $50.00 Includes 1 Poker Hand, 1Goodie Bag, Dinner and Entry to after Party with Band.

First 50 Paid Registrations will get additional DVD and Photo op with Helicopter and Video Crew on Sunday.

i want to register and all that but not sure when the boat will be done..

If you think it is going to be done I would register ASAP! We can always adjust the registration accourdingly if you are just riding with someone.

If you are not able to make it due to the Boat not being done I would refund. Hope you make it! Any questions just ask.

Due to the outcome of everything involved and the decision by LTPA to not do a run together causing this to be a possible unsafe event a decision has to be made to either Cancel the run or move it to a week earlier which is May 10th.

If the interest is there and supported we will move the run to May 10th and everyone is invited to attend if they wish!

Same Venue same plans. We have a hosting location and a lot of great sponsors for the run that are willing to move with the dates.

If we do not continue I have no Problem with refunding everyone's registration that they have already paid.

In consideration of joint efforts being discontinued by the ltpa I have decided that this event can not go on the way we have originally planned sense November.
