I have heard they are and that they are not. It might be worth a call to GRDA and see. Could save you a lot of spraying.

Any chemical like that is illegal to spray on a dock all chemicals like that say it cannot come in contact with a river lake stream or pond so they are all illeglal for me to spray or i would be a millionare by now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
