Hmmmm the Poker Run is July 15th

I just read in the newsletter that at the Change of Watch party it was announced that the Summer Poker run will be on July 15th and take place out of Put In Bay. I must have been drinking and missed the details :drink: .

This is good news since the poker run will not conflict with the St Clair Races. I have made some calls to St Clair and found out that they have about 20 to 25 docks available at the marina where the race boats will be. If there is any interest I could set up a LEOPA or OSO trip and party

You can watch the part time partiers get drunk at PIB anytime. The real fun is actually boating in a LEOPA run.

You can get plastered after a great day of boating but you do not want to miss a great day of boating to get plastered or by being plastered. :drink:

cant wait for spring. new boat this year with a bigger cabin :D whats everybodys thoughts on the run starting at the bay and ending at the bay? i like the idea of adding put in bay to the run but i think i would prefer to leave from Monroe like usual and still hit downtown Toledo docks than head to the bay. plus the Friday night party is always a blast to :drink: at the last meeting there wasnt anything set in stone yet as they are still working on the details (launch ramps, fuel docks, where the card stops should be, etc. . . .) nows gonna be the time for member input. i hit all the meetings so i can relay info from here.

Suggestions are always welcome and the club is run by the member majority votes and suggestions. That is why the run is at the Bay this year the "Members" wanted something different!
The logistics are being worked out and believe it or not it won't be that tough, 93 Octane is available in the area and I would have to say a stop will revolve around that.
As far as accommodations the Bay has many Hotels and now would be a great time to book one. Guests and friends will enjoy the experience more than you think. It will be a fun weekend and a very interesting adventure for all!
Remember it's not where we go it's the people having fun together that make the event a success!
I think I've heard that above quote or something like that before from Dave P.! :p
One thing I have to add that may be a concern, the price will remain the same or very close.
