Apparently a boat owner was doing some work on his boat inside that building. This is a cold storage building with no heat (Skipper Bud's has a heated, inside storage facility in Zion, IL.) A buddy of mine is a Gurnee fireman and he was on scene. What-ever this guy used for temporary heat set fire to his interior. Smoke was the biggest problem, that and the fact most of the boats were cribbed up and not easily movable.
Rumor has it he claims he had permission to do this, Skipper Bud's is denying that.

This will be our first full season at NorthPoint. We are unfamiliar with Skipper Bud's having never required their services. Is there something we should know?

Always get a firm quote first and double check their work.
