Our water has come up about 4" in the last 2 weeks. I put my dock in 2 weeks ago, now the water is so high I'm worried about it going over the dock. The waves are almost there now.

Well the St.Catharines Marina is right back up where it was last year at this time.
last summer near the end of august and into sept things got really rough! Level was down over three and a half feet and some boats actually got stuck in places near the docks. A Neptunis lost a pair of props (that would have been a pocket full of change to repair!)
I hope the levels stay consistant this year and not go as low as they did last year as it was a pain to get the boats out at the end of the season. The ramp was almost totally dry!!!
