Thanks Jason...I definately recognize the boat. Jim V doing the heads? I have heard nothing but good about his head work. I thought about having my exhaust ports done by him but I am going to wait and go with some alum heads. My stock head gaskets are actually getting replaced this week so I can crank up the blower boost a tad. Maybe see you @ GH today.

Yes JimV is doing the heads, we got almost 600HP out of my468's on the dyno last friday (iron heads)

JimV made some nice power on his 565 last week also.
Almost 800HP no blower and Hydraulic roller cam.

The Challenger that was featured on Discovery Channels Pimp my boat is officially on the back burner. We opened our Party store today so it will likely be Coast Guard before I even take it out. It is torn apart to fix the interupter, blown out exhaust gaskets and valve cover leaks. I am reversing the blower scoop also. But if you ask me it runs 97-99 MPH all day long, because when you see it you just assume its true!:drink:

FWI-Chic, Mead stopped in today and was at the mid summer Hot Boat meet at the pond this past weekend. Said at noon on Saturday he pulled into ten campers at Brower, and 3 truck and trailers in the boat parking area. I hope people set aside the other weekend, I think that is more fun than any other event. Well, as long as someone doesn't tie up in my spot again, but I'm sure he'll think twice about this year:cool-smiley-011:. No offense Boatme, SOTW was a blast too.

Yeah, Hot Boat in Sept is a must for anyone in the area. Just had one of my sales girls bring me back a shopping bag full of beads from New Orleans this past weekend. I'm all set :D
