I have an 11,000 sqft bldg in Harrison Twp just off I-94 that is secured and alarmed available for in door heated boat storage. 12 foot beam max.

Just paid Sassy's for the Winter, wish I would have known. Not to get off track, but it looked like you guys were running real strong at the Classic a few weeks ago!

Thank you for noticing. We have put a ton of work in the boat this year and it is paying off. Cancel your Sassy storage and I will beat their price by $1 per sqft!

I'm boat shopping over winter, and am looking for most affordable option for the first year or two, and assume it will be storing and towing in.

Can you store there year round, and what would that cost? Could I assume it's cheaper than rack storing generally?

Yes, you can store year around. It is less than rack and you have more flexibilty we access and do maintence etc. Cost depends on the size of the boat.

We hade drive trim issues at first but worked it out.

I'll probably call this winter when I've got better idea what size I'll end up with.
