A buddy and I were going to head down there in my Chris Cat, here it is great party time. Not wanting to drive home in the dark I got on the phone-but all the hotel rooms are filled for Sat. nite. The cabin in the Cat is to tight for 2 guys. The B & B's are "couple" oriented and even camping seems out of the question very limited spots for trailers only. Any suggestions for 2 -50 year old guys to find accomadations?

During season you usually have to book for two nights for a hotel at PIB. I only have a few suggestions for you:

1) Find some chicks (usually isn't too hard, you said you're 50 and there are plenty of older women out there partying every weekend) to let you crash in their room, or at least one of you and the other can stay on the boat.
2) Try to find something in Port Clinton, its a short trip from PIB to PC.

Just go to kellys....... Party it up and pass out on the boat....... :)

it's to late for me to call him, but try jeff bykowski's, he rents rooms and has basic camping space too..I think his big room goes for under 100 for the weekend. plus ANY cab on the island knows where its at so you cant get drunk and lost :evilb: if your in terested shoot me an email (no pm's Im with the not renewing crew) and I can get you a ph number. You can try the park hotel! My buddy and his girlfriend got last minute accomodations tthere on X-mas in July weekend.

Well we went and had a good time, crashed on the boat. I took the cabin and buddy slept on rear seat of Chris Cat. Stayed at C dock rafted off. Interesting place, many drunk people.

Cool! Glad it worked out for you! Did a day trip over to Kelley's on Saturday myself and ran from Toledo-Clamdiggers-AP-The Docks on Sunday. You couldn't have asked for better water all weekend, the lake was absolutely awesome! You guys should have had a great ride over and back.

We saw you on Saturday pulling in. I forgot what time it was and I was not even drunk.
