Open Launches on Lake Michigan

Does anyone know if there are any open launches in Chicago onto Lake Michigan, Calumet Rivers, Chicago River or other tributaries this time of year? I've heard the southern tip of the lake stays open and unfrozen during spells of moderate temperature.
