We bought a RX350 AWD that's loaded this summer from Plaza Lexus and we both love it. I highly recommend checking them out. Extremely quiet and refined with lots of punch. I went into a long sweeping right-hand curve at 35mph, nailed it, and exited the corner at about 95+mph. It never felt sketchy or unstable. Don't tell my wife though ;)

Have friends with both IS250AWD and IS350. The 250s all wheel drive works great but they are a small 4 door. Especially in the rear seat, room is tight.
