marina pump out michigan

so in ohio i hear that marina's have to legally have a pump out station for you to use free of charge. does this also apply to michigan? Again this is what i heard in ohio so i dont even know if thats true or not.

If it's a State owned marina its free of charge "if" your staying at the marina.
