And MKBaller, well as much as I respect your input over the years it is odd for a moderator to act like that. Just sayin....

That's not nice. I thought you are a moderator, not an instigator. Name calling is not cool especially if you don't know the person. Kid was joking around about the owner of the boat in this tread, the big difference is Kid knows the owner of the boat.

I agree with AJ's statment but I do know the owner/driver and he is not a squid. IMO he has always been a good captain and has never put himself or his passengers in harms way. That said I don't think is likely he knew how shallow it was if that was a contributing factor to the accident.

You kids crack me up...I tell you what KID, get daddy to fund your own line of boat together with AJ and I will order the very first one. I am sure orders will just poor in with the two of you knowing everything about boats. Then offer your own driving class and put Tres out of business. I mean after reading all your inputs, nobody would go elswhere for a boat or driving instruction. KID, I will place an order on haul #1..:lolhit:

Funny you say that, a friend of fish and myself actually has a mold he acquired. I will let him know you want #2 when its done.

Hardly the case, no house payment makes for ample gas money, duh.

I don't know him but I trust your word (your one of the only guys that posted on my threads on the Sunny forum). S$$t can happen and it does to the best of us. I grounded my drive (hard) over by the moot also. It was in a area that was normally "safe" for my boat and been there before many times last year with no problem. I was lucky that day and did no damage, wish this guy could say the same thing. So glad nobody got hurt! It sucks about his boat it look soooo nice! Any boat is going to sustain that kind of damage at those speeds. We all just need to remember we are not invincible in our bad ass loud boats!
