Has more to do with the members of the POA feeling entitled. Funny how our old neighbor up there was all about preserving the access to the lake and sharing watersports etc... Then sold and bought wayerfront, oh boy did his tune change. MFR rallied to have the road ends closed to residents and *****es about noise.
