Traverse City Fun 24th 25th 26th
 

There are a group of Powerboats Running around Traverse City's West Bay, East Bay, Lake Michigan etc. next weekend friday the 24th 25th and 26th. If you come you get to meet Kristy, the Boater girl of the week! (and her friends!) :lolhit:

Boats ranging from 65mph to 120mph! Nothing formal, nothing fancy. Just a good time with good powerboaters.

Some locals and some friends from Ohio, Indiana, southern MI, etc.

Will be a great time cruising around, rafting up, swimming and enjoying the sun!

Launching at Elmwood Township. Boat slips at Elmwood or Downtown at Clinch Marina.

Mick in his 41 Velocity will not make it cause Mr. Gadgets is currently rebuilding his drives. So don't you think Mr. Gadgets should at least bring his sweet checkmate up to fill the spot!! :evilb:

I would go but my boat is slow.

My first boat was a 1988 Mirage Intimidator 270! Love it. Well you still are welcome to come to town and raft up with us at the island. Even if you can't keep up with us throughout the entire run you can still meet up for a drink, swim, and good conversation!

My guess is the group will cruise around 55mph with faster spurts mixed in.

Might be dropping in East Bay tomorrow. I'll keep an eye out for a bunch of them "cigar type boats" with loud exhaust! :lolhit:
